Who this is for

You're in your late 20s to 40s. You've got a busy life, career, family, responsibilities, but you're serious about your health and how you look. You have access to a gym. You're not looking for a quick fix. You want to get genuinely fit, look your best, and actually understand how to stay that way.

Maybe you've tried programmes before. Maybe you've seen results and lost them. Maybe you're a fitness enthusiast who's been training for years but feel like you've hit a ceiling.

Whatever brought you here, you're done with guesswork. You want a coach who treats you like an individual, not a template.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Getting in shape
is hard. Staying in shape
is not.

Let's be straight with you, fat loss is genuinely difficult. Anyone telling you it's easy or sustainable long-term is misleading you. It requires effort, discomfort, and real commitment. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

What we will do is make it suck a lot less.

Getting in shape and staying in shape are two very different things, and most people never separate them. The first phase is the hard one. It demands more from you. But it's also temporary. Once you're there, staying there is a completely different game, and a far more manageable one.

That's the journey we're taking you on. Get you to a great place first. Then teach you how to live there for the rest of your life.

In a world full of AI coaches

We're living in a moment where the gap between real and automated is closing fast. AI is a genuinely powerful tool, we use it too. But there's a difference between using AI to work smarter and outsourcing your health to an algorithm.

If you were going through something difficult mentally, you'd still want to speak to a human therapist. Your health and physique goals deserve the same.

Today you could be working with a "coach" who wouldn't recognise you if you walked past them on the street. That's not a dig, it's just the reality of what a lot of online coaching has become.

That's not what this is.

You are not client #1056 here.

Personalisation isn't a feature of RKF. It's the whole point.

Rohan

Head Coach

It started when I was 16, a teenager who needed a serious change in lifestyle, habits, and mindset. Fitness gave me that. What began as a personal journey turned into an obsession with understanding how the body works. By the time I was 20, I was coaching. That was 8 years ago.

I've worked with pilots, models, actors, lawyers, post-partum moms, executives, and people across creative and corporate industries. I've learnt from industry leaders along the way.

Physique development is my anchor. There's a concept called Ikigai: the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Coaching and physique development are my passions. Helping people transform is my purpose.

What still excites me 8 years in? Getting people a result. That never gets old.

Operations & Recipes

I'm a pastry chef by profession and the founder of two successful dessert brands in India, The Tiny Tub and Chonkers. Food has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember.

I've also been on my own fitness journey, and learning how to combine my love for food, my recipe expertise, and my experience with fitness and nutrition is something I genuinely enjoy. Making food that's both macro-friendly and actually delicious is my thing.

Rohan and I have been together for 4 years and got married 1.5 years ago. My role covers all the operations and admin so Rohan can stay fully focused on coaching. And then there's the recipes, which is honestly my favourite part. Nothing makes me happier than when a client tries something we've sent and can't believe it fits their plan.

The RKF approach

01

Nutrition

We use flexible dieting, because restriction breeds resentment. The goal is to build a genuinely healthy relationship with food. Whole foods, creative and enjoyable meals, and yes, room to indulge without derailing your progress.

Whether you eat fully Indian, fully Western, or somewhere in between, your plan is built around your life, not the other way around. For clients living abroad, we plan around the grocery stores you actually shop at, Tesco, Walmart, Aldi, Coles, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's.

02

Training

Evidence-based, efficient, and designed to bring out your best look while supporting your overall fitness. We focus on how you move, not just what you lift.

Clients send form videos twice per workout, and the feedback they get is often more detailed than anything they experienced with an in-person trainer.

03

The Bigger Picture

The goal has always been to make you independent. To teach you how to train on your own schedule, eat in a way that fits your life, and carry these skills long after we're done working together.

I want to be the last coach you ever need, not because you'll always need coaching, but because you'll no longer need to be told what to do.

What makes this different

Capped client numbers

A limited number of people at any one time. This isn't a volume business. Every client gets full attention.

Form video feedback

Send 2 videos per workout. Get detailed, personalised feedback on your execution, more attentive than most in-person training.

NRI & international friendly

Plans built around your city, your grocery stores, your cuisine preferences.

Chandni's recipe curation

Weekly recipes sent to all clients. Need something specific to fit your plan? It gets sorted.

WhatsApp support Mon–Sat

Real communication, not an automated app.

Walkthrough videos

Every plan delivery comes with a full video explanation so nothing is left unclear.

Travel & social meals

Life happens and we work with it, not against it. There's always a smart way to approach any situation.

Training camps

Based in Mumbai with a private gym. Every client gets 1–2 in-person training camps included. If time permits, coffee's on us.

How it works

01

Apply for a spot

Fill out a short application. It tells us about you, your goals, and where you're at right now.

02

We reach out

After you apply, we'll be in touch with the next steps. If it's the right fit, we'll get you set up and ready to begin.

03

Onboarding

Once you're in, you'll get set up on the RKF coaching app and complete a detailed history questionnaire. Within 3–4 working days, your fully personalised nutrition and training plans are delivered, along with a walkthrough video.

04

The journey begins

Weekly check-ins with video feedback. WhatsApp support throughout the week. Form feedback on your training. Recipes from Chandni. Scheduled calls when needed. Everything tracked, adjusted and refined as you progress.

A note on commitment
The minimum engagement is 6 months, and that's intentional. Real transformation across different phases of your journey takes time. Most clients continue well beyond that, not because they have to, but because it works.

FAQs

Absolutely. A large part of the RKF clientele are fitness enthusiasts and people who've been training for years. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take things to a new level, if you're serious, there's a place for you here.
Yes, and it's something we do extremely well. Most of our clients are NRIs living in the UK, US, Australia and beyond. Plans are built around your location, your grocery stores and your lifestyle.
It means we have enough time to actually do this properly. Different phases of a transformation require different approaches. Six months is the minimum to go through those phases, see real results, and build habits that stick. You decide how you'd like to continue after that.
Honestly, the comparison doesn't quite hold up. A good PT is fantastic for a lot of people, but they're typically working with you 3 to 5 hours a week, focused on one thing: your training. With RKF you're getting support 6 days a week across everything that actually drives a transformation, nutrition, training, sleep, recovery, digestion, blood work analysis, and the mental side too.

More importantly, you should be learning how to do this on your own, with the right guidance for a season, and then the skills to carry it for life. That's what we build here.
That's part of the plan, not an obstacle to it. We factor in travel, eating out, and social occasions as part of your programme, the approach just depends on where you are in your journey.
Apply and we'll take it from there. Spots are genuinely limited and the application helps figure out if we're the right fit for each other.
No. Given the volume of applications that come in, and with Rohan's priority being the clients he's already working with, he doesn't get on a call before you sign up. Once you're in, you'll have the option to schedule a call with him.
